Swine Flu - Prevention Facts

3.) Fear: A self-fulfilling prophesy

Your only defense against deadly diseases is a strong healthy body-mind connection. If you don't take care of you - you don't trust yourself. Nor can you trust others. That's the beginning of fear. And you are doing it.

You get what you fear and if you fear a virus you are open to it. You are creating the conditions for dis-ease to thrive. Fear limits your thinking to fight or flight. It is a natural limbic brain response - and leaves you without access to your resources and healthy choices. You can literally make yourself sick with poor choices and stress.
